UK Delivery


£3.95 for all orders

Our estimated delivery time on all UK orders is 3 - 5 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Most orders dispatched from our shop are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Larger items will be sent by courier.

For next day delivery and collect in store please contact us on 01598 752226.

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.


Europe Delivery


Standard delivery charge £15

Our estimated delivery time on all orders within Europe is 5 - 7 working days after your order has been dispatched. Next day delivery is only available for delivery within the UK.

Please note that overseas orders maybe subject to import duties, taxes or custom fees. These are not included in our delivery charge and are payable by you the customer and may vary depending on the item and shipping destination.


Worldwide


Standard delivery charge £25

Our estimated delivery time on worldwide orders is 7 - 10 working days after your order has been dispatched. Next day delivery is only available for delivery within the UK.

Please note that overseas orders maybe subject to import duties, taxes or custom fees. These are not included in our delivery charge and are payable by you the customer and may vary depending on the item and shipping destination.

Christmas Returns

We've extended our returns policy for Christmas 2017. Orders placed between 31st October 2017 and 23rd December 2017 can be returned for an exchange or refund up until 15th January 2018 and are subject to our returns policy.

Returns


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 28 days for a refund or exchange to.

The item must be unused in its original packaging and with all tags still attached.

Please enclose a covering note stating the reason for return, your name, address, telephone number, Order ID number and whether or not you require a refund or exchange.

We recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt for all items returned to us as we cannot be held responsible for your returned item being lost in transit. 


REFUNDS

If you have requested a refund we will make the refund according to your original payment method as soon as possible.

We will only refund you for the item and not the original postage cost.

The cost of the return is the customers responsibility.


EXCHANGE

If you have requested an exchange this will be forwarded to you on receipt of the original item. ( We will not charge you again for postage Applies to UK Delivery only). If the requested exchange item is out of stock we will issue a refund for the item.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item please return the item via royal mail 2nd class standard delivery we will refund your return postage cost if the faulty / incorrect item is returned via this method only. To return larger items that cannot be returned by royal mail 2nd class standard delivery please contact us via email shop@puresheepskin.co.uk to arrange the return. If a fault occurs after the item has been worn / used within what we would class as a reasonable amount of time we will either Repair / Exchange or Refund.
